Dominated by its engine, this motorcycle led to the development of a family of machines that would remain in production for over a decade. The H1R and H2R racing machines were fore-fathers to the spectacular KR750 'Green Meanies' which dominated Formula 750 racing throughout the 1970s, and by the time the final KH250 rolled off the production line in 1980, the triples had become legendary.
